Our Healthy Kitchen programs and menu can help your general health, well being and whole energy level , but we do not guarantee you weight loss or cannot be relied upon to improve your health. Please contact your doctor if you have any doubt about your current state of health or have some specific issues about the program you are following.

Some of our food may contain traces of nuts or gluten.

The client understands that our role is not to prescribe or assess micro and/or macronutrient level, provide health care, medical or nutrition therapy services, or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition or other ailment of the human body. Rather we guide and mentor to help clients reach their own health goals by devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes.

The Healthy Kitchen advice given to you on a daily basis should be followed in correlation with the program to gain ultimate results from the Detox or other program you are following .

The Healthy Kitchen has the right to change any planned menus or programs at our discretion. The meal plans and programs are designed to use fresh, seasonal and local ingredients and occasionally these might not be available as planned. The Healthy Kitchen reserves all rights to make sustainable changes at any point.

The Healthy Kitchen delivery teams cannot be responsible for any theft of a detox or other program package. Please contact the The Healthy Kitchen as soon as you suspect that the package has been lost or stolen. Each case will be treated individually and it is the management team who will decide on the suitability of a refund or replacement of the delivery package.

Cancellations are only accepted 3 days in advance of the commencing detox week or other program.

We do not store Credit Card details, nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

If you require to suspend your detox or other program week this can only be admitted if the replacement dates are convenient to The Healthy Kitchen as well. Each case will be individually assessed and it is at the discretion of The Healthy Kitchen to allow a suspension.

Once you have started The Healthy Kitchen program there are no available refunds.
