Two best friends and experienced health coaches and nutritionists, had the idea of creating a place of enjoying truly healthy food and drinks in a warm and friendly atmosphere. All dishes are prepared full of nutrients, vitamins and minerals, most without gluten, no refined sugars, cooked according to modern cooking rules, and most importantly – made with a lot of love and affection.

To achieve our goals, we have compiled a team of experts in their respective fields – from food sourcing, to preparation and presentation. 

Johnny is in charge of identifying the best suppliers and an expert in healthy juicing; Pablo is a highly trained chef in creating and preparing healthy recipes applying the best possible cooking methods.

Katia

Katia is an Integrative Nutritional Institute graduate, specializing in hormonal health and gut healing programs, as well as general wellbeing.

She studied more than 100 different diet theories: from Ayurveda, gluten free and Paleo, to raw, vegan, macrobiotics and more.

Her main approach is to focus on her clients bio individuality, balancing out primary and secondary food, eliminating unhealthy ingredients and introducing a new life style.

Natalia

Natalia is the founder of the Nutrition School of Health in Marbella, the creator of Healthy Nutrition Courses at Novikov’s culinary school in Moscow and  has graduated from one of the best know nutritional schools  – the Institute for integrative Nutrition, based in New York.

She specializes in creating individualized detox and weight loss programs, is addressing gut issues and immunity problems, and has held workshops on a variety of topics in cities around the world. 

Her main goal is to help her customers to live healthier lifestyles, learn to listen to their bodies and teach them how to create tasty recipes and prepare healthy dishes in the comfort of their own homes.

Our Principles

Our principles are based on using only whole, natural ingredients to prepare every dish we make with as much flavor and as many nutrients as possible. We believe that high quality protein from organic local farms has a powerful effect on our well being. 

We use no refined ingredients and no refined sugar – only whole natural sweetener in order to create nutritious, wholesome dishes. We do not use any form of wheat and we focus on our customers bio-individuality to create dishes that are tailor-made for you.

We believe in the mantra nothing added – nothing taken away to ensure that everything we prepare in our organic deli will make you feel energized to manage your day more productively.
